• Entitled sponsors can utilize the Bank of America Chicago Marathon venue large screens to display sponsor thirty (30) seconds of branded video content
• Approximate air dates:
  • Abbott Health & Fitness Expo: October 10-12, 2024
  • Race day spot: Sunday, October 13, 2024
• Specs and recommendations:
  • All videos will play in a 16:9 ratio unless otherwise requested or specified. Any standard resolution will scale to our screens (1920x1080p, 1280x720p, etc.). The ideal file format is compressed MP4 at 720p resolution, however, any video format may be provided.
• The content due date for video: 30 spot assets: August 2, 2024
• Best practices:
  • As the spots air during event preview shows & broadcast, tagging the “Bank of America Chicago Marathon” in the copy is recommended.
• Delivery: email sponsorship@cemevent.com with final creative by the due date.
